TH Köln is the largest University of Applied Sciences in Germany by number of students, having about 27,000 students and 430 professors. It offers a total of 100 Bachelor's and Master's degree programs. TH Köln is headquartered in Cologne Südstadt, but also has campus locations in Cologne Deutz and Cologne Mülheim, as well as in Leverkusen and Gummersbach.

Tuition is free, but a fee of ~ 320€ per semester is obligatory. This fee is used to finance a public transport ticket, student representation and services (e.g. cafeterias, dormitories, sports activities) for every student.
