University’s presentation

European University Viadrina in Frankfurt (Oder) in Germany currently cooperates with over 280 partner Universities worldwide. Viadrina is an innovative and international university with around 27% international students from over 109 countries (average at German Universities is 12%). The setting of the Viadrina on the German-Polish border with quick access to the capital Berlin makes it quite attractive for international students. As a relative small university we offer excellent support for incoming students.

  • We guarantee housing in our student dorms
  • Low cost of living (approx. 700€/month) thanks to being located in east Germany with direct proximity to Poland (10 minutes’ walk from our campus)
  • No tuition fees only a small semester fee of approx. 310€ including a semester ticket to travel all around our federal state and in Berlin
  • Exchange students are free to choose courses from all our three Faculties (Cultural and Social Sciences, Law, Business Administration and Economics).
